Privacy Policy

This policy explains how CryptoGaway handles information when you use CGA Digital Game and related public pages. The game is operated by CryptoGaway. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].

CGA Digital Game is a game. The app shows one shared balance of in-game points. Points have no cash or cryptocurrency value and cannot be transferred or exchanged. Points granted for viewing ads are permanently game-only and cannot be redeemed.

Information we use

Sign-in information: Google and Firebase Authentication process your Google sign-in. The app uses your Firebase user ID to connect your game profile. Your display name and email are saved in the app's local preferences; the game service stores the Firebase user ID but not your Google email address.
Game and account data: When you sign in, the game service creates your account and stores your Firebase user ID, points, reward and claim history, cooldown timestamps, quiz/reward records, and account creation time. Reward-source records are kept separately for game operations while the app shows one shared points balance. The service also stores an optional leaderboard nickname and opt-in setting if you choose to join.
Advertising and consent: Google Mobile Ads and the UMP consent SDK may process advertising identifiers, ad requests and interactions, device/app information, diagnostics, and consent choices to provide ads, measure performance, prevent fraud, and apply privacy settings. Optional step goals: If you enable step tracking and grant Android's Activity Recognition permission, the app reads step counts from your phone's built-in sensor. The count is kept on your device. When you claim a milestone, the selected milestone and reported count are sent to the game service for validation; the service records the milestone reward, not your ongoing step count. Health Connect synchronization is not currently enabled. Step claims use device-reported activity.
Optional offers: If an offerwall is enabled and you open it, the offer provider may process data under its own privacy policy. The current app may pass a player identifier to support offer attribution. The provider and the information it receives can vary by offerwall.
Local game information: The app may save balances, activity history, cooldowns, preferences, reminder settings, and step totals on your phone. Optional reminders use Android notifications only after you enable them.
Website requests: Cloudflare hosts these pages and may process standard technical request data for delivery and security. These pages do not intentionally use analytics or advertising cookies.

How information is used and shared

We use information to sign you in, save and display game progress, provide optional activities and offers, maintain the opt-in leaderboard, respond to support and deletion requests, protect the service, and understand aggregate game activity. We share data with the service providers needed to operate these features: Google/Firebase for sign-in and app services, Google Mobile Ads/UMP for advertising and consent, Cloudflare for the game service/database and page hosting, and an offerwall provider when you choose to use an enabled offer. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell account information.

The leaderboard is optional. If you opt in, your chosen nickname and game score can be shown to other players; your email address and ad-reward history are not shown publicly.

Retention and security

Local game information remains on your device until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the app. Server account and game records are kept while needed to operate the account; sign-in sessions expire after 30 days. Deletion requests are handled manually; see Request account deletion. Limited records may be retained when needed to address security, fraud, legal obligations, or disputes. Data is sent to the game service over HTTPS, and access to owner functions is restricted.

Your choices and requests

Step tracking, notifications, and leaderboard participation are optional and can be turned off in the app or Android settings. You can use the ad privacy options shown in the app. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information associated with your account by emailing [email protected]. To request account and server-data deletion, use the account deletion page. To remove local app data immediately, clear CGA Digital Game's storage in Android settings or uninstall the app.

Children

CGA Digital Game is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children under 13 to provide personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review the request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or its providers change. The latest version will be available on this page with a revised date.
